Your family will have everything just a stone's throw away in this home with portable air conditioning and ceiling fans located in the heart of downtown. The apartment is on the 2nd floor outside without elevator. Includes sheets and one set of towels per person. The apartment has a portable air conditioner in the dining room, a ceiling fan, a 140 cm sofa bed, and a windowless cabin room with a modern ceiling fan with lights in the room and a 135 cm bed. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room with all necessary utensils. Full bathroom with bathtub. Ability to enter before 3pm if apartment is available. Loss of keys: If the keys are lost they will be charged a fee of 10.00 euros. Leave all dirty laundry inside the bathtub. Throwing the trash : Before leaving the apartment throw the garbage in the containers that are 50 meters away in front of the beach. Portable A/C: You have to be extremely careful, you have to control the water level in the container and empty as long as it is full. When you are outside the apartment the air should be off, avoiding potential problems and helping in energy saving. Leave the keys on the table. Pulling the door to close, make sure it is tightly closed. Additional requests: Do not leave dirty crockery. Make a good general use of the apartment, and leave it picked up. And remember you are at another's house, forbidden to take especially towels because they are told a game for each guest and any other kind of thing !!
