✨ Welcome to La Casa de Arriba ✨ Perched high in the heart of Gran Canaria, “The House on the Hill” is a lovingly restored, 300-year-old traditional Canarian home with breathtaking views stretching out to the horizon where the sea glimmers, and up toward the island’s highest peak, overlooking the peaceful hamlet of Arbejales. This unique house is just minutes from the historic colonial town of Teror and beautifully blends heritage, comfort, and sustainability. (We’ve installed solar panels! 😊)

Take me to the garden house

Enjoy the nature and peace at a small wooden housey with a terrace. It is located in a lush eco finca, by a spiral-shaped garden of fruit trees, herbs, flowers & veggies. For the shared use of the guests we have 3 external showers, a compost dry-toilet and an external equipped kitchen with a dining and rest area. So be prepared for a camping and community type of an experience. Guests can also use our yoga room (the one with the sun painted on the wall) to strech, play with kids or on a piano.

Mary's Home

Mary's Home is situated over a bedrock of volcanic basalt, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. (uno en Canarias?) Completely reformed and with capacity for 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, fully-fitted bathroom and kitchen.  Also available Free Wifi. It features a large furnished patio with sea and mountain views. The accommodation is also well situated - being only about 200 metres from natural sea water pools, 15 km to the city of Las Palmas and the port of Agaete.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
