The bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️, as well as a 175 x 80 cm sofa bed for a third person to sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room receives a lot of natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker and an electric kettle🍳☕. Includes basic condiments and laundry detergent, avoiding unnecessary expenses. There is a table for 2 people with chairs, perfect for couples meals🍽️. Full bathroom with a shower tray🚿, amenities like gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer. Linens and towels are also included🛁. The entire apartment is exclusive to guests. Completely new and design.

We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage.
