The cave house hangs like a swallow's nest on the slope. It is particularly impressive with its fantastic sea view and south-west orientation. In good weather you can see to the neighboring island of Tenerife. Both bedrooms and the living room are located in the cave part of the house. In the extension there is the eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, panoramic window and shower as well as the separate toilet/washroom. There is a small terrace and a rooftop terrace with chill-out area and barbecue.

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has recently been renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
