This newly constructed studio is completely furnished. There is a king-sized bed; a meal prep counter complete with a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and fresh coffee, and spacious fridge; an in-unit washer/dryer; a full bathroom with walk in shower; a mini-split with AC and heat; a smart TV and high speed wifi (that works well enough to take a Zoom meeting on the patio, which has a fridge stocked with drinks).

King sized bed in the bedroom, queen-sized pullout couch in the living room. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Our daughter and her pets stay here when it’s not rented. Not good for those with cat/dog allergies.
