Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.

Studio in Aveiro

Cantinho do Auka is a unique space, with all the infrastructure to welcome our guests, providing a comfortable and safe stay. Located in the parish of Esgueira, approximately 8 minutes by car from the city's tourist center. It is a two-story house, where the space intended for the guest is located on the ground floor, with the upper floors being used as the hosts' home. In other words, the guest has complete privacy. Only the gateway is shared with hosts.

We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest.
