Accesul la internet este gratuit, una dintre camere avand si un smart tv cu Netflix inclus. Parcare gratuita, loc de joaca de copii si zona de gratar In spatiul comun din curte se poate lua masa atat sub brazi cat si la BBQ, dar si pe terasa mare de la mansarda.
