The Old Factory, Carding Mill

We are near to many great walks, National Trust/English Heritage locations and foodie highlights. We have lived in the County for 50+ years and are on hand to help and provide advice on where to visit & eat locally.

The Long Barn provides the ideal accommodation for a Shropshire family holiday. With its spacious comfortable rooms the building forms one side of the original farm courtyard and is sited next to an oak framed threshing barn. The cottage has panoramic views of Wenlock Edge and the surrounding countryside. There is ample off-road parking adjacent to the cottage and a large private garden area to the rear. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing with plenty of safe child space.

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Dairy Living

The Dairy is located on our small, 200 acre farm which is hidden away, deep within the south Shropshire hills. We have brought a new life to the Dairy - which originally was the old wash house - in creating a new living space, whilst keeping to the original feel of its former use. The Dairy stands privately within its own area, close to the 17th century farm house, over looking the hollow way tracks that runs by the farm.
