Είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα 70 τμ στον πρώτο όροφο μιας περιποιημένης και φιλικής οικοδομής. Είναι ζεστό, ηλιόλουστο, ευρύχωρο και απέχει 8 με 10 λεπτά από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Αποτελείται από 1 κρεβατοκάμαρα, 1 πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλα τα οικιακά σκεύη, 1 σαλόνι, χώρο τραπεζαρίας και 1 μπάνιο. Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα υπάρχει ένα άνετο διπλο κρεβάτι και στο σαλόνι υπάρχουν 2 καναπέδες που γίνονται κρεβάτια. Επίσης υπάρχει διαθέσιμη θέση πάρκινγκ.
