Large living and dining room and a new kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with room for 6. Firewood for the woodstove is included.

Der er kort afstand til havet og 10 minutter til lækre strande i Øster Hurup og 5 minutter til indkøb. Huset har plads til 8-10 personer. Huset er udstyret med fiberbredbånd og wifi som dækker hele den 3000m2 store naturgrund. I juli og august er der indtjekning om lørdagen. Der kan i perioder være en del insekter.

Der betales for forbrug efter måler, strøm 3,79 kr. pr kwh jeg forbeholder mig retten til at forhøje prisen, vand kr. 79,- pr m3, udlejer aflæser ved tjek in og ud og sender opkrævning af reelt forbrug efter tjek ud.

Lad børnene udforske skoven omkring huset, på jagt efter Mikkel ræv eller de små egern. Find badetøj, strandlegetøj og paddleboards frem, gå 100 meter ned af stien foran huset og nyd strandlivet. Varm kroppen op i saunaen når I vender tilbage til huset. Nyd brændeovnens knitren når aftenen falder på og lad dig synke ned i sofaen med en god bog eller strikketøjet.

City of Odense, is just 20 km away. Non-smoking house, and no pets. Remember to gring you own linens, bedsheets (1*160cm and 2*90 cm), towels and tea towels. The rent includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Any consumption beyond that will be charged separately at 3.00 DKK per kWh and settled upon departur
