Four generous ensuite rooms full of French vintage charm and elegant decor, spacious open-plan sitting room and kitchen and a large terrace with garden views. Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

This apartment "Le Puy-de-DÔME, located on the ground floor, offers 61 m² of modern comfort. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV and a large bay window overlooking a private terrace of 15 m² with direct access to the garden. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the 1st floor.

It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.
