All this luxury apartment offers this luxury apartment in a direct beach location on the third floor (elevator available). Just 50 meters away, the fine Sahlenburg sandy beach, the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site with its salt meadows, sheep on the dikes and wonderful nature! Cozy restaurants, bakeries, retail and bike rental are in the immediate vicinity as well as a dog beach.

This bright apartment near the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living/sleeping room with open kitchen (fully equipped), shower and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool (unfortunately not usable at the moment due to maintenance work), sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. In the price incl. one car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.

You will be welcomed in a renovated, cozy and modern furnished condominium in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a traffic-calmed zone. Relax in the cozy living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the countryside, as well as the city's landmark, the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. The bedroom offers you a cozy 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa bed.

"Surfing Alpaca" apartment on the North Sea

Experience a nice time in the countryside. The farm is in an idyllic secluded location and is child-friendly. Enjoy the time to relax in nature, barbecue in the garden, walk, cycle, visit our petting zoo (alpacas = no petting animals) or make excursions in the area. At the North Sea (6 km) you can swim, surf and hike the mudflats. The garden invites you to linger with its various seating options. The apartment is managed by my mother Richarda.

An elongated balcony belongs to the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price, but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €25 will be charged per four-legged friend.
