The FREE chestnut apartment with an infrared sauna is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the village Vlčková with a separate entrance from the common hallway of the house. It consists of a bedroom and a kitchen with a dining room. The apartment has a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), a fully equipped kitchenette connected to a dining room with a table and chairs. The bedroom includes an LCD TV and a minibar. Breakfast basket, Wellness zone and massages for a fee according to the price list.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The surroundings of the cottage have been arranged for your comfort: a terrace with sun loungers and bathtubs for swimming in the summer, a tub with heated water for spring and autumn days, outdoor seating on a partially covered terrace next to a small pond, space for grilling or roasting. And greenery planted all around. I wanted guests to experience quality and comfort both at first sight and firsthand.
