We are situated on the John Muir way with plenty of walking and cycling routes. Findlay Cottage is the entirely separate annexe of our house with private entry, field and private parking. Watermill Nook is set on the grounds of our charming former working Listed Watermill and is a romantic, cosy cabin ideal for guests who want to relax and unwind. The beautiful, fairy lit, private woodland garden set high above the River Mar is a special place in which to immerse yourself in nature, birdsong and the blissful sounds of the babbling river. A perfect retreat and is a wonderful base for exploring all the area has to offer. Most of our visitors wish they had stayed for longer. Altquhur Cottage

Altquhur Cottage is in a beautiful location with stunning views over the Campsie Fells, 10 minutes by car to the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond. The cottage is set on a farm with horses, cows and sheep in the surrounding fields and hens roaming around outside the garden. The cottage has a spacious dining kitchen, cosy living room with wood burning stove and comfortable sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and utility room. There is a fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture.

Cosy Lodge Nr Balmaha with views of Loch Lomond

Cois Loch Lodge is a unique lodge situated in a peaceful setting with magnificent views over Loch Lomond and the hills beyond. Nestled at the end of a private road between Drymen and Balmaha, it has its own private parking and enclosed garden. French doors open out onto a fabulous decking area furnished with a table and garden sofas. A few steps down from the deck sits a tastefully furnished Scandinavian BBQ hut. No matter the weather, you can still enjoy a BBQ!

Stuc an t Sagairt Cottage, Loch Lomond

Stuc ant Sagairt is a listed building, built in the 1750s. It sits in 7 acres of private grounds midway between the charming villages of Drymen and Balmaha, less than 2 miles from Loch Lomond. Totally renovated, it offers a lovely comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and patio doors opening to the outside seating area and private garden. It has a semi open plan dining room and well equipped kitchen. The Cottage has dedicated private parking .
