Leiligheten har to soverom, stue med spiseplass og to sitteavdelinger, den ene med tv, den andre med utsikt over Oslofjorden og Oscarsborg, eget kjøkken og bad/do med badekar og vaskemaskin. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Velkommen til dette sjarmerende huset som ligger rett ved sjøen i vakreste Drøbak. Det er egen inngang til huset og et eget område med møblement og grill utenfor. Det er kort vei til sentrum, badestrender og restauranter, så dette er virkelig en fin plass til å nyte sommerdagene. Én bilplass kan brukes - si ifra ved booking om det trengs.
