An old stone house that was a pub before the war provides pleasant coolness during the summer heat, sits on a lake, surrounded by a large garden. There is a fire pit and barbecue area for guests, as well as a covered shepherd's hut with benches and a table. The beautiful neighborhood is ideal for a bike tour or a walking tour. Approximately 100 meters from the house is a beach with a bridge, a children's playground, and a gym.

The habitat consists of Our house, 3 outbuildings and the Gardener's House - where you will live. We are far from the village, so you can hole up with books at Our place ;)
