Guest have full access to the hot tub on our newly build covered deck by the pool! Sit back and relax while you listen to Hawk Creek that runs right through the back yard. You can even hear it babbling right from your room.

Livingroom with couch, tv, fridge, coffeepot and a pool table. Keyless entry. Private patio overlooking woods with gas firepit, bbq grill and inground pool. (open May - Sept.) Shared with owners. Our historic home (1895) is adjacent to the Grove Park golf course. We have beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a swimming pool, and are close to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the Grove Park Inn. Our private downstairs suite has its own path and entrance with a lockbox. This home is so convenient to the Biltmore House you can walk about 100 feet and actually see it. The Blue Ridge Parkway is approximately 3 miles away, Outlets for the shoppers, hiking & biking for adventurers, Breweries for the beer lovers, Downtown Asheville is just 7 minutes, a shared pool is located on/near the grounds. So many options. Great for families and friends! We are so excited to share with our tenants this home! We also offer a whole house standby generator!
