Outside you can stargaze on the wrap around porch and enjoy the spacious corner lot & beautiful trees!

Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.

There is plenty of room for up to eight guests with a king and queen bedroom downstairs and 2 queen rooms upstairs. Both levels have a bathroom. We are conveniently located just blocks away from College Hill Coffee, Southwestern College, William Newton Hospital, and the public library.
