Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Notre logement plain pied est idéalement situé, dans une impasse sans le bruit de la circulation. Dans lotissement calme et verdoyant, pour se détendre et oublier tous les tracas de la journée, a proximité de toutes les commodités nécessaires, supermarché netto, boulangerie, pizzeria, banque.... les amateurs de promenade et de vélo, pourront profiter pleinement vélo route le Long du Doubs. le centre ville de Besançon est a une dizaine de minutes en voiture. parking privé au pied de logement.

La maisonnette a été entièrement rénovée par Amelie et Sylvain. La décoration a été faite avec goût dans une ambiance scandinave. La maisonnette peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes+1 bébé. Elle est équipée d'un coin salon/cuisine, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain. Le linge de lit est fourni Belle escapade Vésulienne.

En face de la maison, vous trouverez une terrasse abritée pour profiter de l extérieur verdoyant à tout moment!

Welcome to 35, a beautiful townhouse completely renovated with taste and attention to detail for a pleasant and comfortable stay. A 2-minute walk from the city center, 35 is a small house composed on the ground floor of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small exterior to have lunch on the terrace under the trellis or rest in the grass, a lounge area and an entrance with toilet. Upstairs you will have 2 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
