Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will only have to enjoy this haven of peace. The historic centre is a 12-minute walk away. Forget your car by parking it in our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Caroussel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find something to their liking! The "4 B", rare in Beaune center. Nature and beach

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.
