Relax, explore and unwind in this large, cosy apartment on our organic farm, in the foothills of the Serra da Gardunha mountains. Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Tailor's House

A fully restored 1947 house, located in the center of the village of Chãos, where you will find a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Access to it is through a lock code made available on the day of check-in. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast. There is a balcony with a barbecue area for grilling, and you can also take walks or bike rides from the accommodation, nearby. Relax with the magnificent view of Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela, on the terrace available.

A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)
