Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. Cozy garden house near the beach

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

My charming little house is located 100 m from Plaisance Beach, just across the road... Large 5 km beach between BOYARDVILLE and Le Port du DOUHET. Small marina with restaurants, bars, creperie, boat rentals and jet-ski. You will appreciate my house for its location, its exposure, its decoration. The typical village of SAINT-GEORGES with its hall and beautiful church is located 3 km away.
