Literally next to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and very close to Cannon Hall Farm- the Channel 5 show. Close by the M1, offering quick and easy access to every part of Yorkshire Well behaved dogs welcome. Extensive countryside walking from your front door. EV charging available. PLEASE NOTE: the access is by a flight of stairs.

Our home has a comfy living room with plantation shutters to the bay window. The kitchen is fully fitted, there is a dining area. 3 bedrooms, master has a king size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a small double and a dingle bed, sleeping 4 adults /1 child. The shower room and WC are located downstairs. There is a small patio area along with a secure garden which is accessed via a gate. Our home offers off street parking on a quiet cul de sac, closely located from the M1 motorway and town centre.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room.
