The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities for making your own meals. All rooms have lots of windows and light. This unit is in the Kutzky Park neighborhood. It is very quiet and safe and only 4 blocks to Mayo and downtown with restaurants and grocery stores.

It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.
