Our house, located on the sandbox beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, is at zero position to the sea, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished, has its own separate entrance, is on the second floor of the two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can enter the sea comfortably. There is a bazaar just 100 m away from the main street for shopping, there are two free open parking lots very close (100 m).

It is a clean apartment with a sea view, its own beach, a shuttle service within the complex, and a sports field. You can walk down to the beach in 5 minutes without a car. It's a peaceful second Our 1+1 apartment on the floor has a double bed and 2 sofa beds. It is close to the airport,grocery store, market. You can enjoy the sunset on the balcony.
