This two-bedroom house was built as a guest house of one of the most charming villas on Itapororoca beach in Trancoso and is located inside Condominium Itapororoca, the most preserved and exclusive of the region. It lays on a coconut grove with mainly native plants and trees, on an area of 12.400 m2, with 80 meters beach front and a swimming pool embedded in the native vegetation, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Rio Verde, 2 kms from the historic Quadrado of Trancoso.

Our location is a favorite for nature, tranquility and sports lovers. We are on the international mountain bike circuit, close to the Paragliding Club and the ATV circuit. We have two super comfortable cabanas for two people that are in the same complex where our Bistro operates.

Our guests can feed them with pet food during their stay, or we can arrange for someone to do this during their stay.

The cabin, made of wood, is completely surrounded by nature, just a few meters from the Trancoso River. The house is 49m², with a different construction style, with a full kitchen, large bathroom, mezzanine with views of the forest, TV room and a deck that has an external jacuzzi. The city center is a 5-minute drive and 15 minutes on foot.
