There is no bed linen. Up to 5 people can stay, including children. The condominium charges a single fee of R$70, to be paid at the reception (Check in). The energy is 220 V.

Serviço de limpeza simples disponível diaramente (Camareiras). Uma taxa única de administração (R$ 40 reais não reembonsáveis) será cobrada no momento do check-in na portaria.

Apartamento com sala conjugada com cozinha, varanda, quarto e banheiro. Comporta até 5 pessoas (bebês de colo também contam). WiFi , gás, estacionamento e limpeza incluso. Deixamos claro que não temos área própria de lazer, porém temos convênio com o Clube Náutico, pagando uma pequena taxa de 10,00 por pessoa por dia. Não fornecemos roupas de cama e banho. O condomínio cobra uma taxa por estadia no valor de R$ 40,00 que deve ser paga no ato do check in diretamente ao condomínio.
