The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. My Turner Prize winning house (!) is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and right next to 2 parks. There are numerous buses running from the next street into town. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the friendly neighbourhood, the colourful street, the plants, the quiet and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, small groups of friends and families (with kids). EVERYONE is welcome as long as they are respectful guests!
