The beautiful Grey Dawn cabin offers an amazing retreat, located just 15 miles from Moab off the iconic La Sal Mountain Loop Road. Upstairs, a queen bed accommodates guests, along with a loveseat couch that folds into a twin bed. Downstairs you'll find a comfortable futon couch that converts to a full size bed and a twin size, memory foam mattress roll away. An inviting, private hot tub awaits you! Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
