Maravilla 4112 is in a family resort located in the Destin/Miramar Beach. in front of a Beach. Our unit is an extra convenient ground floor unit with fast wifi, closest unit to the pool and hot tub as well as clubhouse, Gym, basketball court, tennis court and shuffleboard court. For those with children a convenient play area is right outside their patio. Our private beach is only a few steps away and has free daily beach service including two chairs and umbrella mid-March-October 31st

Less than a five-minute walk to a private beach in Destin, Florida! This Gulf paradise ground floor condo is DOG FRIENDLY. Located in the Chateau La Mer resort complex guests have access to a private parking space, heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach access. There is not an ocean view with this condo. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.
