Gran Villa recientemente reformada a 100 metros del mar, dispone de un enorme de jardín de mas de 1000 m2, con una piscina de 100 m2, todo totalmente privado. El interior de la casa es luminoso, con una decoración muy limpia y cuidada, gran cocina americana conectada al salón y al billar. Hay 5 habitaciones dobles (3 con baño privado) y una habitación infantil también con baño privado. Dispone de aparcaimento privado para 5 coches.
