This property has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper & is conveniently located close to the Redwood Nat’l Forest Visitor Center, just 1 block away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy a day in the forest or by the ocean. We are also only 1/2 mile from the lighthouse & a few blocks from the aquarium, both of which are popular attractions in the area. Looking for even more adventure, kayak down the Smith River!

Please do not try to access river from our property.

Do you like hiking, surfing or maybe white water rafting or kayaking? Close to scenic rivers, giant redwoods and of course one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We are in a great location to catch a sunset, whale watch, take a stroll along the beach, search through the tide pools at low tide, or check out the lighthouse. All right across the street . Also a prime location to watch fireworks on 4th of July. This is a bottom floor unit with excellent ocean and lighthouse view.

Cozy yet rustic cabin in the Redwoods overlooking the Smith River, purest in CA. Half mile of shoreline, excellent fishing and wildlife viewing. Round hot tub and a wood stove for the winter. Peaceful location yet min. from Hiouchi café, store and Giant Redwoods of Jedediah Smith State Park. 15 min. to Crescent City and miles of ocean beaches. Outdoor grill and fire pit. Wonderful for couples, families and groups, you won't find a better location on the river to relax and enjoy nature.
