Classic Athenian apartment

Unique and sunny apartment in central Athens. The apartment is on the first floor of a historical 1930’s Bauhaus mansion. The 200 sq.m apartment offers an equally large roof garden. The apartment is close to the metro station (5 min walk), close to shops and amenities, 15 minutes walking distance from the National Archeological Museum, Exarheia and Omonia square. It is located very close to lively and vibrant Kypseli area and at a 25 minutes walking distance from Plaka and the Acropolis.

Close to the sea (6 min walk on a flat asphalted path) is this cozy house. Made in a rustic style, but with all the amenities. It stands in a small orchard (peaches plums pears apples). The greatest dignity of this house is not near entertainment venues. The absence of hustle and bustle provides an opportunity to relax and have a quality rest. Having a well-groomed yard and a barbecue with a gazebo is also a big plus. There is agrocerystore with fresh pastries within walking distance.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

Διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο ψηλοτάβανο σαλόνι με μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία και δύο τριθέσιους καναπέδες, δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια ένα εκ τον οποίον διαθέτει ένα επιβλητικό τζάκι, ένα ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και μια οργανωμέμη κουζίνα.
