This is a whole-unit rental. For stays of 6 days or less, you must check in by yourself. My home is on a high floor above the 12th floor with an elevator. There is a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, so you don't have to worry about your clothes in any weather. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom, the room for four, and the living room all have TVs. The living room has a large 55-inch TV. All bathrooms have washlets. All comforters are 100% silk, and the duvet covers and mattress covers are 100% 40-thread-count Tencel. The master and secondary bedrooms have Simmons mattresses, giving you the best sleeping experience. In addition, I will provide essentials such as towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. During your stay, there will be complimentary 3-in-1 coffee pods, milk tea bags, small biscuits, snacks, and purified water, so you can have a snack without going out. There are coin-operated lockers near the building where you can store your luggage, solving your luggage problem. It's only a 3-minute walk from Taipei Railway Station to my house, and only a 10-minute walk from the Airport MRT exit to my house. This is a whole-unit rental. Our home is just a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of Shuanglian Station, and the living facilities are very good. There are a lot of shops and restaurants and convenience stores and snacks nearby, and if you want to go to Ningxia Night Market, it's also close, It's about a 10-minute walk. Our business district is called Xinzhongshan / Chifeng Street, and there is a market at the intersection every weekend where you can browse around. Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and Eslite Bookstore are also about a 10-minute walk away.The nearby Mackay Memorial Hospital is also conveniently located about a 6-minute walk across the street. We are located on the 2nd floor of the apartment, the entire space is about 25 ping (80 square meters), the space is large and comfortable, very cozy, and feels like home.Sometimes it's great to go to a nearby market or supermarket to buy your own groceries to cook.
