The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. The loft in the middle of Bickenbach on the Bergstraße is the ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities for up to five people. Easy access to the Odenwald, but also to the metropolises of Frankfurt and the cultural city of Heidelberg. If you are looking for a retreat for concentrated work, this is also the place to be. In the middle of a historic estate, the terrace with garden views invites you to linger. The equipment with gigabit internet is perfect for videoconferencing.

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Close to nature with perfect connections

Close to the beautiful Eberstädter Streuobstwiesen and within walking distance of the tram towards DA-City. What more could you want if you love nature and at the same time appreciate shopping and the cultural offerings of the city? The pretty, high-quality 2-room apartment with approx. 55 sqm plus terrace is located in a new building and was only completed at the end of 2023. The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.

Artist apartment with very good amenities

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is located in the nearby area.

Overall, there is plenty of storage space throughout the house.
