Place is very quiet, close to I 35 & George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within 1/2 mi. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mi from the house. Bus 5 minutes' walk. On-demand DART to/from home to/from the station no extra cost. Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom. Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday. I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. In accordance to City of Dallas ordinance, my fees include 7% occupancy fee. Airbnb automatically charges 6% for Texas occupancy fee and their service fees.
