Pension Dvůr - new courtyard

We are a family-run guest house with more than thirty years of history . Reconstruction of the attic of the former farmhouse in the early nineties we started with accomodating guests and providing breakfast . In 2005, we decided to reconstruct another part of the farm - the former barn, which we now offer for guests who do not need breakfast with all the amenities you prepare breakfast yourself, or to eat "on the go " - apartments . We are secluded but not complete, some are spread very rarely other objects , however, there is peace . Our guests are mostly people seeking an active vacation, even with children . The area is suitable for simple walks in the woods , as well as for biking . Of course , if you want to spend your holiday with us in the garden deck chair reading magazines and listening to the social buzz of the bumblebee on the old pear tree, we will defend you . Pension yard is located on the border between typical South Bohemian landscape of ponds ( České Budějovice , Netolicko, Trebon ) and Forest. In the immediate vicinity you will find a large number of ponds with dikes reinforced centuries-old oak trees , built at the turn of the 15th and 16 Stepanek Netolický century . Most of them are suitable for swimming or fishing.

Zátyní cottage - entire building

Beautiful place by the rocks for romantics and athletes. The cottage after complete reconstruction is located in the heart of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area. The cottage is in a semi-secluded area on the edge of the forest about 150m from the village of Zátyní. In the vicinity of the cottage there are hiking and cycling trails leading through the beautiful landscape of Kokořínsko. There are two buildings on the plot - a cottage and a barn, which with their shorter side adjoin a 15m high rock in which wine cellars are carved. There is a 5x3xm recessed pool and a Finnish sauna. 10 cars can be parked at the cottage

Separate accommodation for 4-5 people in a luxuriously renovated barn with a terrace and a view of the landscape can be found in the picturesque village of Mokrý in the Bohemian Paradise, which still lives its peaceful rural life, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. With its location, the apartment is ideal for visiting rock cities, castles, castles and other attractions of the Bohemian Paradise. From October to April, a sauna is available for an additional fee. Directly from the house you can connect to the bike path along the Jizera. The nearest swimming is 2 km. Prague is 45 minutes away.

Newly renovated accommodation in the village of Veselíčko between Žďár nad Sázavou and Nové Město na Moravě (both approx. 5km). A quiet village in the heart of the Vysočina region with good transport accessibility. Accommodation capacity up to 14 people. Wi-Fi connection, Xbox One, Netflix, O2TV, bluetooth speaker. Parking on the property. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, grill - sitting in the barn, dishwasher, washing machine. Right next to the cross-country ski trails, within easy reach of the biathlon Vysočina Arena - in summer it can also be used for cyclists.

If you need to slow down and switch off, recharge your batteries, this space and the surrounding magical landscape offers it to you. The barn is located in a model permaculture garden on the edge of the village. There are other accommodation options, but for a maximum of 12 guests. The aim is to preserve intimate space and privacy.

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

For families, groups of friends, bikers or even those who would like to concentrate and work from an inspiring and comfortable environment.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

LICHTENSTEIN BARN

In the 100-year-old Liechtenstein barn, you will find hikes through the forest, mushroom picking, an evening fire or perhaps fairy tales by the stove. It smells like Grandma's doll and kind comfort...like Mom's arms... Accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). We accommodate 2-6 people. " On the ground floor: living room, dining area with kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom with toilet. Floor: 3 bedrooms Maximum capacity is 6 people.
