3 Bed house with ground floor bedroom

Lovely 3 bedroom house which is extremely well equipped, includes a ground floor bedroom if any of your group has trouble with stairs, or would just like direct access to the patio which has a 6 seater table , bbq and corner settee. The communal swimming pool is extremely well maintained and the beach is just a 10 minute walk. All rooms have air conditioning and every window and patio doors have fly screens. The house is registered with the Ministry of Tourism.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room and a garden full of trees. It's right at the border so you can enjoy south and north at the same time. It's 3 mins to Derinya check point and very close to Famagusta Old Town. The house has 70s architecture and perfect for crowded families. You can experience local living and meet local people as it's a residential area. It's newly renovated and we're still improving the amenities for you.

The two storey house is built with the limestone and soil offering coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The house has been in the family for many generations. Its first renovation dates back to 1929 by my grandfather, recently masterfully renovated.
