Small independent house upstairs. You will enjoy the calm and air of the countryside and the sheltered terrace. Located 1.5km from the village of Rouillé with its shops (bakery, supermarket, tobacconist...). The house is located between Poitiers (30 mins) and Niort (30 mins). Futuroscope is 40 min away and the Atlantic coast is 1h15. 6km away is the CFPPA training center in Venours. Etang de Creeeul famous for fishing 2km away. Bed umbrella and child chair available.
