The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, as it is outside and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not followed, I will be forced to inform the platform, as I have been having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and destroying it. The house is not for that type of party for each person more than between without communicating it would be 100€ more

It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.

Very well connected with the High Speed Train, BIRD, and Madrid airport.. You'll love it. It has been our family home for many years. We use it little now, so we want to share it. It is a country house with a large garden and incredible views.
