Fully equipped modern apartment, with 2 bedrooms, living-kitchen-dining room, 1 bathroom. Air conditioning in the living room, Wifi, Tv and channels by satellite Astra. Self check-in. Our accommodation is considered as free of fumes so it is totally forbidden to smoke in the apartment as in the common areas. Your failure will involve taking action on the matter. Due to the new regulations required by the Spanish Ministry of Interior for the documentary registration of travelers at check-in, we are required to provide the following details of each of the guests over 14 years of age who visit us: - legal name - Sex - identity card number - type of document (ID card, passport...) - nationality - date of birth - usual place of residence (full address, locality, country) - email - total number of guests - kinship relationship between travelers (if minors are present) - contract transaction details + Contract Reference Number + date and signature + check-in and check-out date and time + payment details: type (cash, card...), card type, IBAN, payment method holder, card expiration date and payment date. Landline and mobile phone are also required as well as card type and number.

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Also check out "APARTAMENTO FANTÁSTICO 2" !!! Very comfortable, quick journeys. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian dwelling more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.
