Situated in the brand new Stallion condo in Divonne, our apartment is on ground floor with a terrace for outdoor dining. It's brand new, with top quality finishers and Italian furniture. A large dining/living room includes fully equipped kitchen, with Bora induction/aspiration system and XXL dishwasher. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with comfortable sofa bed for two. Toilet and bathroom in two separate rooms, washing machine included. Free parking on site and possibility to add garage.

I present you a beautiful Studio in Divonne Les Bains, on the Swiss border, 20 minutes by car from the center of Geneva and the airport, 50 minutes from Lausanne, we have a bus that passes 100 meters for various directions, and can take you to Coppet train station in Switzerland in 10 minutes. We are a stone's throw from the city center and the casino, we have a beautiful lake in town, we have restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets and post office around the building.

Quietly located in a small residence, on the second floor without an elevator. Spacious and bright living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with shower room and a separate toilet. Two free private parking spaces at the bottom of the residence.

Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour une seule personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie (draps retirés, nettoyage vaisselles, toilettes propres, poubelles vidées, aspirateur). MERCI
