Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. The Marmots, will often make an appearance. Wildlife abounds, moose, deer, elk pronghorn, bear, wolf and fox as well as many species of bird call this special place home. The spacious deck overlooks the forest and the mountains as well as the warm water ponds.

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

We are located in Old Town, close to everything. We have a 9' shuffleboard table and a 60-game Ms Pacman 2-player pub table. Three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 smart TVs, full kitchen, fluffy towels, cotton sheeting, and granite counters. And a storage room for snowboards, skis, etc. The free ski shuttle stop is just 1/2 block away. One dog permitted, with $50 fee.
