In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Lulled by the song of birds and cicadas, you can recharge your batteries in the greatest calm and as close to nature as possible. The accommodation is located in the heart of the Pays des Vans in Cévennes, an ideal location for visiting South Ardèche. This T2, cool in the summer, includes 2 independent rooms plus a hallway: an equipped kitchen and a living room with a 140 bed and a sofa. We want you to feel good. Our accommodation is bright and overlooks a 100 m2 terrace with a (shared) pool in the shade of a large linden tree where it is nice to read or take a nap in the cool. It is on the ground floor of our house but has a separate entrance via the terrace. Looking forward to welcoming you... *

Welcome to the Les Cabritas "Cœur d'Ardèche" gîte, the house is located in the center of Ardèche and Drôme, 10 minutes from Privas, 25 minutes from Montélimar and Valencia, 30 minutes from the Drôme Valley, 60 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc… Ideally located for visiting Ardèche and Drôme, the major tourist attractions of the region. You can take many hikes around and beautiful bike rides. Via Rhôna 6 km away and many greenways nearby (Dolce Via and Payre).

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Come and recharge your batteries at La Muyre in the heart of nature, lulled by the song of cicadas (sometimes also that of a donkey or rooster) and by the hooting of an owl... But you'll have to climb a ladder to go to bed on a mezzanine (1 or 2 seats), unless you prefer to sleep on the comfortable sofa (1 seat) in the alcove. Access to the pool (shared schedule) and the possibility of walking to the hiking trails and the river from the house...
