Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min. Marais Poitevin, Abbey of St Savin 1 hour. La Rochelle 1 hr 15 min. You can enjoy the grounds to relax, eat outside… Our bikes, molkky, other games are at your disposal.

Private parking available. Fitted and equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 toilet with sink. 1 ground floor bedroom with 140 bed 1 upstairs bedroom with 160 bed and 2-seater sofa bed. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.

Large 2 rooms 60 m2, living room 30 m2, fully equipped separate kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower room. Located on the ground floor of a listed 18th century mansion. In the city center, a 15-minute walk from the train station, it is close to the entire public transport network, shops, restaurants, bars, services, parks and historical sites of the city. This accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. Plus, you can enjoy the Futuroscope Park just 10 km away.
