19th century mansion surrounded by a 1 hectare enclosed park with century-old trees. The house is in the heart of the village but very quiet and has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets, a large dining room and two living rooms. House completely renovated by combining the charm of the old and modern comforts. The bedding is new and the rooms are decorated with family furniture. Baby equipment available. Linens and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival and we will take care of washing the sheets and towels upon departure. Cleaning fee upon request. We're here to help you plan your visits to the many sights within walking distance. Note that the house is located on the GR13. In the center of the village, near the church and shops. Nice walks from the house. The GR13 passes along the property. 14 kilometers from Morvan Park and the Bourbon Lancy Thermal Baths and Golf Course. The historic "Petite Maison" has been tastefully renovated and offers generous volumes. Flanked by two wooden extensions, the living room occupies the central part of the ground floor. Adjacent to the entrance hall, a spacious kitchen connects to the terrace. On the opposite side, a master bedroom suite with access to the terrace and a private shower room. Upstairs, an attic bedroom will welcome you for peaceful and quiet nights. This bedroom also has a shower room and toilet. You'll discover a simple and warm renovation while enjoying the gentle warmth of a wood pellet stove. Fiber optic internet access ensures perfect connectivity. Outside, there's no problem parking several cars and taking advantage of the cul-de-sac to feel right at home!
