Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Two-storey luxurious villa located in the Punta La Mona urbanisation, La Herradura. On the ground floor is this beautiful apartment, completely independent from the upper floor. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden and large terraces for sunbathing, pool and covered porch with BBQ & a bar for entertainment. It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

This is a complex located in front of Marina del Este Beach. Magnificent ocean views, quiet area with private beach access and five minutes from La Herradura. A third floor with an elevator, fully equipped, with wonderful views from the terrace, with a swimming pool (open during summer months), parking, and surveillance cameras that are located on the access stairs to each block and in the common areas of the development. Ideal for diving and water sports.

Sunny house a few meters from the sea.

The apartment has a very current decor with high quality new furniture, very suitable for families with children. The best is its location in the center of town with the beach just a few meters away, ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all the services very close. If you don't want to use the car you don't need it as there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you might need next door.
