Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. The "goat barn" is located on a property that is 18,000 m². In the immediate vicinity is the main house, which is also rented. In between is the pool that can be used by a maximum of 2 parties in the goat barn and in the finca. Other individual houses are 200 - 400 m away. The view to the west over the saltworks to the sea and into the sunset is breathtaking and offers a magnificent natural spectacle almost every evening.
