Kitchen and shared bathroom. Smoking in the dining area. 4/20 ok A 10-minute walk from Renfe Sud station and the Catalan Railways (Can Feu-Gracia). Close to UAB. 20 minutes from Barcelona, the same train drops you off at Plaça Catalunya. 1st floor, with elevator. Indoor room. WiFi throughout the apartment. Small balcony.

The loft is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

This modern loft-style room offers all the amenities in an apartment that features two separate, private mini-lofts. Just five blocks from Metro L5 (San Ildefonso). 18 min by metro to Sants Station, 23–30 min to central Barcelona (Plaza España, Plaza Cataluña), and 18 min by taxi to the airport. 25 min to Sagrada Familia Barceloneta Beach is 49 min by public transport.

They won't enter your space. The address is located two minutes from the Pep Ventura metro, Line 2 that takes you in 20 minutes to the center of Barcelona. You can also walk (ten minutes) to the well-known and beautiful Pont del Petroli beach, with its promenade full of bars and restaurants.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and sunny accommodation. This house also has a large terrace with BBQ and a large kitchen, it has 3 bathrooms, 2 complete and another toilet, and since it does not have neighbors it is very quiet, the room has both air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a small table just in case. It brings your Large TV laptop with Smart TV, heating and access to the room via 4-digit code. It is a small room that has everything.

If you like the sea, the views, to have a hot bath in a recycle wine barril while looking to the sea... if you like natural artisanal things, this is your place. We are in love with our retreat. Note: until next months in the near future we have the route between the houses and the sea. For us, as it is a 3th floor high, is ok. But if you are very sensitive to the noise you may feel it is a bit noisy.
