Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable, bright and very well-equipped . With community pool, Wifi, Smart TV. Very close to the X Sur shopping center, and the Mercadona and Hiperdino supermarkets, 1 km from the water parks and less than 1 km one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Bus stop at the Gate. You can enjoy the use of the air conditioning for an extra payment during your stay!!
