Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

A sunlit terrace offers a comfortable seating area with soft cushions. A white table is centered between the seating, accompanied by a small potted plant. Expansive ocean views stretch beyond the low wall, under a clear blue sky.

Modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment, right on the ocean coast, no buildings or streets in front of it, nothing to disturb the magnificent view and sound of the wawes! It's a dream holiday place if you seek for total relaxation of mind, to disconnect from stress and daily routine. Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

A light-filled living area features a simple sofa adorned with orange and beige cushions. A round dining table holds a black bowl filled with bananas and oranges. Two plant artworks hang on the wall, complementing a potted plant by the window.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

A beautiful apartment with an ocean view

Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable, bright and very well equipped. With a community pool, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Very close to the X Sur shopping center, and the Mercadona and Hiperdino supermarkets, 1 km from the water parks and less than 1 km from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. With a bus stop at the door. You can enjoy the use of the air conditioning for an extra fee during your stay!!
