Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x190 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. I'm here to help with any questions!

Small, private cabin

An invitation to travel, exotic and unique, in a cozy and natural atmosphere where wood and natural materials are omnipresent, this is what defines our little secret cabin. On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. The small cabin turns into a small mountain chalet from November 1 until mid-March… I look forward to welcoming you.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.

Private studio upstairs and quiet

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the first floor of our dwelling house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, the market... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, its brightness and its French billiards which is at your disposal. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

Studio near train station, city center

Studio located 10 min walk from the train station and the city center, in a private property with independent entrance. You can enjoy the proximity of the Mayenne and the towpath. The studio includes: a double bed in 160 of good quality, a kitchen equipped (induction plates refrigerator microwave combined), a bathroom with toilet, WiFi and TV 80cm.

Charming country house with garden and private barbecue, in a quiet and wooded area. On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a large equipped kitchen.
